A closer look at one of the dead end poles making the "jog" in the streets on Minnehaha St. in Twin Rocks, OR. One can hear the power making a constant zapping noise as the salt air tries to flash the insulators over. But the distant roar of the ocean waves competes with the "zapping". Several insulators have been replaced on this pole but not the older brown suspension discs which by now must have arc paths to ground on them permanantly.
