This is the dead end pole structure for the Timber Tap. It has recently had new poles installed but, lo and behold.....they actually re-used the old suspension strings with the pyrex glass!!! Assuming that they don't change the insulators out, the pyrii could be there for many years to come! I am amazed at BPA's frugality here, since it is a U.S. government agency and (our) money is usually no object!
