BPA-TPUD shared poles-wire weight

This heavy wire weight, attached to one of the suspension insulator strings, is keeping one wire from pulling up too high. Apparently, this weight is manufactured just for this purpose by one of the line material companies. There are three of them on the next pole west of here. After that, the lines are double dead ended and the line heads up a mountain. The tension must be so great that it has to be pulled downward to stay in place.
