At the Canyonville Show 2007 in Oregon, a gentle approached our table and looked over the EC&M's we had on display and pointed to an Apple Green EC&M and stated that he had one that was twice as dark and wanted to know if we would like to see the insulator. We thought that maybe he had a Sage green EC&M to show us and were interested in seeing the piece.

The Gentleman came back in and approached the table again and pulled a sock from his pocket. He then poured the contents of the sock into his hand and to our surprise it was almost like looking at an Emerald Blackglass and it is an "A" Mold. This was a very pleasent suprise to say the least. After some negotiating we came to an agreement and bought the insulator from this Gentleman. We had the opportunity to show this piece to Howards Banks and he told us about the rarity of the color that we now posses and that there are about 6-10 of these known. What a find and a great way to have an insulator presented. Enjoy the photo and good Collecting to you all. I hope to meet many of you in Ohio. Bill Vincent
