Like many roads in farm country, there will be a "square corner" here and there. This square corner on a paved road south of Cornelius, OR. has an older PGE 12.5kV 3 phase line, turning the corner also. The line was built in perfect suspension. Note how the suspension insulators are standing straight out from the pole! The wires are tensioned exactly in symmetry with each other. You can tell it was built by a line crew who cared!
