An even closer look at the crossarm guy wire attachment. It must have been tricky to get the tension just right on this attachment without pulling the wishbone crossarm formation all out of whack! On a 57kV Portland General Electric Co. line just south of Forest Grove, OR. PGE is the dominant IOU (investor owned utility) here in N.W. Oregon and they probably don't want this pole much longer. I would apologize for the overcast weather that day but won't do that because it is a normal occurance in this part of the state! Just makes for bad photos. :(
