Follow up on the antique thread on the digest, just a tad late though. Wile we were in Florida for the national we stopped at an antique store in st. Petersburg. When we walked in we were greeted with mounds and unorganized shelfs of random oddities, just what we were hoping for. We asked the shop keeper if he had any insulators, he said he kept them in "the bone yard" We followed him into this alleged "bone-yard" where we saw a nice array of insulators, all marked for $1. Most were d-510's and CD 128's but mixed in with them was this one CD 205---awesome =) The shop keep was a very nice person, he even offered to let me make monthly payments of $0.25 for 4 months if i didn't have $1 with me at the time, but i just so happened to have $1 with me. Well be back next year crazy antique dude, get some more of them 205's! -Bryan |
