This drops down nearly 90 degrees beyond these roots. Poison ivy is everywhere and one particular weed has burrs the size of marbles that latch onto your clothes and are sharp as needles to remove. Beyond this point, it's like stepping into a prehistoric jungle. I'll post pictures of finds next round. Thanks for looking!
