Here is a rather unique use for the porcelain Hog's Liver insulator. This is a street light hanger. The metal brackets were specifically made for using this insulator. A long bolt runs through the porcelain spools, the wooden spacer arms and the metal casting. There are 4 pictures which should show how the unit is assembled.
