This is the oldest substation on the municipal Forest Grove (Oregon) Light & Power system. They get their power to this sub. direct from the BPA (Bonneville Power Administration) from a 115,000 volt line that also serves Tillamook and Vernonia Oregon. This a hard one to get a good photo of because not only is there a fence around the sub. itself, but also a perimiter fence around the larger portion of the property. I would like to get a closer shot because the switches in the sub look old and are on brown insulators but this will have to do for now.
