CD 162 Star with either a nail or snipped wire floating in amber swirled dome glass with a black carbon trail and piece of white fire brick. It looks to me to be a nail since one end is pointed and the other is flat however it has no nail head. There is a piece of metal broken off on the pointed end that looks like it could be the nail head but I am not 100% sure. The pin went in a bit crooked and shallow on this one. The top of the pin hole is S swirled shape with some glass hanging down convex. There is a nipple on the top on the outside dome that I have seen on some CD 162.3 Stars as well. Pieces with identifyable junk are unusual and I honestly can't recall having seen a nail in a Star insulator before. I did a quick search of the ICON Picture Poster and did find 2 others locked up in collections. It does have a flat base chip up front and additional pictures are available upon request. Price: $66.66 plus actual shipping. First email
