I posted a picture of this pole in it's original state last December. ([id=170343206]) My girlfriend and I were back out that road a couple of weeks ago and found the pole on the ground. I wonder if somebody cut it down for those worthless tolls? I cut the top off and we trundled it home, woodpecker hole and all. Added a side pin and some more interesting glass, made a base with a flower pot and some concrete and there you have it. An old poletop becomes a lowly yard ornament.
