Russian insulator - embossed COT / 1968 (Front skirt), 954 (Rear skirt). Deep olive green. One tiny flake on the side at the bottom of the skirt from mint. It has a cool underpour on the back skirt and on the front of the cable groove. Unfamiliar with European glass, I'm letting it go for much less than I've seen them sell for on E-Bay, $20 plus shipping.
