Along with other street furniture such as gas station signs, open wire pole lines, street lights, etc., I have fond recollection of these "funny" looking cars. One of our neighbors had one as I remember (I was around 4 or 5 then) and always thought this automobile design was "unusual". It was a pale light green with a two-piece windshield (making it a 1949 or older). With their split rear window (same in the front) I also recall an uncle saying that at a glance you couldn't tell the front from the rear of these cars. |
