Another CD 202 tramp embossed FRED M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. on the front and NO. 14 over PAT MAY 22 1894 on the back. It is in Hemingray Blue color. This has a few small chips around the inner rim unseen when displayed, and also a 1/2" ding on the dome and a 1/2" ding under the top rim. Ask for additional photos of damage.
