All of the 2X4's pictured here are recycled from their former life as a skateboard box / jump or as I liked to call it, an over engineered 'deck' breaker. The verticals are 8 ft. long and the shelves are 4 ft. long. The only things purchased were brackets to secure the shelves, wood screws, and 1/2"x 2" strips for the back of the shelves. A good coat of leftover marine spar varnish and voila' - a nice rack to display some glass outdoors.
