Okay...one more illustration (of what I personally think is great!) of vintage automobiles that many of us remember. A vanishing scene...like open-wire and glass insulators that are a rarity upon streetscape America.

You would swear that upon a glance that an antique auto show was converging upon this community! Check out that Cherry Red Corvette in the foreground and other "vintage tin"!! This is another example of (moving) street furniture (the cars, that is!) that we fondly recall in addition to insulators, ruffled shade street lights, cluttered pole lines, ornate fire hydrants, etc.
