This is the Fred M Locke 16 with the Other Patents Pending embossing. It is a light blue color and the condition is way better than most of the Locke 16s. There is a small flake on the inside of the inner skirt at the base and that`s about it. A $25+ insulator priced to sell at $15 plus shipping.
