CD 121 Mclaughlin in Emerald Green Blackglass. It has some dings on the dome and 3 flakes near the embossing in the front. The first flake is about 1/6 of the way to the embossing, the second is 1/2 the way to the embossing and the third flake is almost up to the embossing. They are all right next to eachother.
