Usual Light Blue Aqua CREB beehive, unsure of embossing index but it appears to have a 19 re-engraved over an 8 on the Brookfield side, and the arced patent date over the straight line date on the reverse. Some areas of light steam swirl through the threads with black bits of ?? mixed in for good measure, as well as a coagulation of these items in the inner skirt on the rear of the insulator. Condition is very good, just two minor clamshell flakes at the lower wire groove, and some light scratching from Lee's pole picker (:-) ) on the Brookfield side.
