Strange CD 143 Color

The insulator on the right was one of my first finds. It sat on a shelf covered in soot until yesterday when I soaked it in oxalic acid. The soot was covering an interesting color, it's sort of gray, smokey with almost a tinge of lavender or amethyst. It's not listed in the price guide from what I can gather using the following information: No Name Canada, not a tall variant or double threaded but has MLOD. Any possibility it's a Whittle mold? To the left is an Ice Blue CanPac for reference.
