This HUGE steel tap pole ties a 230kv line off the Bonneville Power tower line a mile or so east of the BPA to Tillamook PUD substation. As you can see in some following photos, it is placed mid span between 2 of the towers and the tap line runs west on wood poles along Highway 6 to the substation.
