Way at the top of the hill is the last pole on this branch. The fuse cutout hangs open and the 3 house drop wires from the typical MSP spool rack with white neutral insulator in the center, are cut dead about a foot from the pole. The local kids call this "Goat Hill" but I have never seen any goats. I hike up there now and then just to take in the spectacular view of the bay and the ocean.
