This substation is located at sea level and is right beside the shore of Tillamook Bay. One wonders how reliable the power will be when that next big Tsunami shows up! UPDATE: 12/9/11. This substation is now completely dismantled and only the gravel lot remains. It was not needed after 2009 when the utility upgraded it's distribution system voltage in the area from 12,000 to 14.400 phase to ground.
