Here's a really pretty ice aqua C&P TEL Co toll. This is not an ice or light blue, but a very nice ice aqua which is not listed in the guide. Very crudely made toll as it has scads of cold flow marks and wrinkles all over the insulator. There is a small bird peck seen in pic on domeside and 2 small clamshell flakes(seen on LH side) off the WG lip edge off to the side. Dome is embossed with a capital I.There is some light annealing fissures and crazing at the base. Displays great! First mail to me. $10 + $7.50 shipping.
