Here are two insulators with MLOD. The first is a CD 104 NEW ENG. TEL. & TEL. CO. in aqua. The embossing is very weak. It has a small base chip that you can see at the right of the embossing, and some light haze to the front like it was on the ground for a while. The second is a CD 121 AM.TEL. & TEL. CO. in a bluish aqua. It has a small upper wire ridge chip in the front right that you can see in the picture, and a place on the front crown that looks like a ding but after looking close I think it touched something while still hot. It has a fair amount of small bubbles. These are two old mold line over dome insulators. Asking $18.00 for the pair shipped to your U.S. address.
