Here is a patent dated 106 Hemi that's ordinarily a pretty common piece to be sure, but I haven't seen many with a concentration of bigger bubbles like this. Even the ones with prismic embossing that have scads of microbubbles seem more available, and this piece is really clean with just three nicked drips, for $15 plus $5 shipping.
