I have seen another variant of this, it has embossed on the top MIVA // UNES 1212. I have one coming my way soon! Same dark emerald green as this one.

It is not readily apparent in this photo, but this insulator appears to have a light iridescent carnival coating on the dome / top section . I'm not sure if it is a form of radio treatment" or simply the accumulations of having been up on a pole for a very long time
