Although I do not collect antique fire hydrants I've got a good friend (Jeff Kaminski) who does. And I'll betcha he's got the biggest collection of them in the world! No kidding, folks! With nearly different 600 types...the vast majority made over 50 years ago...his collection is stunning!

I've always enjoyed looking at "street furniture" such as cars, signs, poles, etc., since a kid. The result a few decades later has made me a long-time collector of insulators, pole-line stuff, street lights, etc!
