Here is probably one of the nicest Hemingray mine insulators I have ever owned. Many years ago I specialized in Hemingray and handled several of them. The blue is not a weak blue but a very vivid Hemingray blue. Has some minor chipping around the top of the pinhole from use. Two chipped drips keep from mint. If you have handle these before you will know that drip damage is very usual. There are some "undersized drips" so there are two sizes. You will have to look hard to find one in better condition. I purchased this not too long ago and have decided to part with it as I have an opportunity to pick up a couple pieces for the collection / display. Loaded with micro-bubbles...a beauty for your shelf. First $190.00 gets it. Just a reference, the partial image of the insulator to the right is a dark sky blue Montreal 143. |
