This is a picture of a very light and nearly dead on yellow flashed amber hemingray -62. I would also like to know if anyone could give me any feedback on this one. It appears as though it did not make it all the way through the flashing process or something.......it seems very strange to me. When I first noticed the insulator......I figured it had been obviously stained......until I saw the heavier amber lines in it that are indicative of the flashing process. I have had flashed amber 62's in the past......andthey were always a dark orangish or med orange amber color........but never this light. I talked to a couple reputable collectors about it already, and they mentioned the fact that it could have possibly had some of it's color taken away in a very strong acid solution........but they seemed to think that it had not went all the way through the flashing process.....giving it a very light yellow color. One collector said he had seen it before........but very seldom. Anyway,......I would appreciate any feedback anyone can give me on this one
