Picked this up at the Arcanum Hog roast swap meet. We left the show with 3 insulators and decided to look for the abandon railroad in the area. When we found that there wasn't any insulators on it i persuaded dad to drive me back to the show for the 128 i didn't get in the first place or one of the interesting cornflower CD 145's or that apple green 162.3 (didn't get it, bring it to Springfield for me Russ ;-) ) Well when i got there everyone was gone or leaving but the seller of the 128 was just about to leave and i ended up getting it for a good $20

update: after looking at the insulator closer I have determined that it is no more than off clear and has been stained by the dirt it was buried in where ever it was buried giving it an opal appearance. I'll have to get an actual opal one at the Springfield show.

Even more updated update: It's opal, i just drowned out the color in the sunlight. If you look at it in a non-backlight environment it's a true light opal. -Bryan
