When the Munsters were shopping around for a "house" they were first offered this one. The Munsters declined for an unknown reason or two and bought their similar-looking, humble abode as we know it further down shady Mockingbird Lane. Actually, the realtor never entered the house that the Munsters bought having suffered some "mental duress" from the "ambiance" from stepping into the first one...shown here. It is unknown who or what eventually bought the property......
