Here is a CD 164 H G CO (no periods) embossed on the front of the skirt and PETTICOAT on the reverse side. Looks like an open bubble on the upper ridge of the wire groove left side toward the rear. There is a pinkie finger nail size shallow chip on the inner skirt. Overall a pretty good looking insulator. Price guide says $40 to $50. I say $25 plus actual cost of shipping.
