A 160.7 [020] insulator. There are two very small wire groove chips side by side and two 1/16" pecks below the chips. From the wire groove up the insulator is covered in 1/16" circles in the glass. This may have been a molding problem. Don't know for sure. None of the glass is missing. It just looks like a hole saw was touched to the glass in about 200 places. $100 plus shipping.
