So what do you do with all those insulators with chips, cracks, scuffs, BB pings, or other blemishes?

Here's a wider shot of the garden area surrounding the base of the pole. The flowers are just beginning to bloom, so this thing should be crazy with color in a couple weeks. Most of the color now is provided by all those "wounded insulators." There are four 'o clocks and several other plants in there that should bloom soon.
