This is a difficult white porcelain from Canada. I have had a couple of the dome labeled pieces but this is the first of the skirt labeled variety. It does have shall base chip...more liek a flake that creates a hairline crack just above the base. There is another smaller crack at the rear base.. this might be from manufacturer. $75.00 postage paid. I don't think you'll see many come about.
