I am offering one Dome embossed PLW. Skirt embossed "B". This piece has always held an attraction for me as it represents the best piece I have ever pulled from a line. Back when I first started collecting I found a small group of these in northern Indiana . I would consider this one mint condition. It has a spot of green above the wire groove. It along has an elongated air bubble that swirls up the dome to the top under the PLW.
