Here's another one of those two part terminal frog-eye spook insulators fom Italy. Perhaps this fits in the "Capolinea" category? It is also called "portafusible" which means "fuse holder".

No embossing, can be either of Miva or Fidenza manufacturer.

Update 14 NOV 2007: I made some measurements of this particulator insulator:

total assembled height: 92 mm; lower base diameter: 86mm; top skirt diameter: 95 mm; lower section height: 65 mm; upper section height: 62mm; upper section inside depth: 37mm; "eyes" separation, center to center: 40mm; unthreaded pinhole diameter: 18 mm.

I also have an embossed Fidenza 6012 / 6012-C "frog" in light straw color coming my way! First time I knew that Fidenza made these and first embossed one. This one has been assigned the designation of CD 698.
