Now you know that this & is an ampersand. This CD 117 embossed & is a very good looking insulator. The color is a nice deep aqua and the condition is near perfect. There are traces of wire rub on the upper wire groove. The darker area on the left side of the embossing is a piece of old scotch tape, which has been removed. how about $40 shipped anywhere in the U.S.
