Here is a beautiful insulator. Even better looking than the photo. It is embossed LOCKE VICTOR NY with a blotout just before the L. On the reverse side of the skirt is No 15. On the top of the dome is a large embossed backward 2. The only damage is a very small chip on the most inner skirt. This really is a fine looking piece.
