Here is a nice CD 143 Montreal telegraph Co. in blue (not sky blue or sapphire). There is a small triangular chip at the base of the skirt as shown in the photo. There is also a shallow flat 1/2" base chip on the opposite side of the embossing. 4th of July priced at $35 shipped in the U.S.
