A pretty 125 WU style in a color that is unusual for one of these. I've had or seen more in lime green which is much more pricey than the $25 postpaid for this one. It has a ping on the upper wire ridge about pencil eraser tip size and a surface stress line about an inch long that's associated with a light amber streak I'd say is as-made, niether being much of an issue.
