The top was cleanly severed through the upper left ear at a downward angle to the lower right ear, then glued back. As you can see, it displays quite well. The remainder of the insulator is in remarkably good condition with only one small inconspicuous ridge bruise. It even has a neat overpour flange around the base, which is lightly nibbled here and there. You'll probably never see another one this nice this cheap!
