Not sure of the CD, but this is the great big nail knob spool. Shown with a typical one for size comparison. I do not believe they come any larger. These are prone to damage, and this one is exceptional, with only a tiny flake off the edge of an open base bubble, and another small flake off the sharp edge on the top. Color is a green-aqua, and the glass is deep and sparkly with lots of fishy-looking bubbles - a very pretty piece. Rarely offered for sale, especially in this super condition.
