Here is an awesome insulator go with. Very nice early 1900's telegraph key set with sounder/buzzer. First off, this entire keyset is in excellent condition! Usually the wood is pretty beaten up and parts are missing. Key is complete, has the on/off slider switch, original finger button and is stamped J.H. BUNNELL NEW YORK (NEW is double stamped into the brass). The wood base is solid mahogany and is about perfect, original finish that is not ruined is in excellent condition and all underside wiring is intact. I would highly suspect that if you were to hook this up, it would still work. Stamped onto the wood is BATT on left side and TELE on right side for connections. Key base is solid brass and is not tarnished. One of the best examples of a company named telegraph key I have ever seen. The company logo is on a small metal placard in between BATT and TELE and is printed: CENTURY TELEPHONE CONSTRUCTION Co.,BUFFALO, N.Y. U.S.A. $78 will get this early RR hardware to your door in USA/CANADA.Outside USA/CANADA, I will pay 1/2 shipping. |
