I also just got this one from Caleb (who also took the photo). White porcelain noser, found in Romania, and possibly manufactured in Russia? The shape and size of the main body (less the nose job) is very similar to some of the unmarked "generic" glass Russian insulators . There are no identifying markings. It almost appears that the "nose job" was an add-on to an already existing style telephone insulator, it appears to have been molded separately then placed on top. The mold line on the nose is clearly visible.
