This one looks very similar to a CD 540 at first glance, but notice that there is no inner skirt, and in this particular example, the skirt sides are more vertical than those on on the previously posted CD 540. The embossing, which looks like an overlaid C T and O, is the cyrillic letters for STF or perhaps TFS, which would translate to "Telephone System".
