Here's an Ice Aqua NE CD 121 with very hard to see series of oval blot-outs. I believe I counted 12 of them total, plus 2 periods (not in that order). I'm guessing its a blotted out AM TEL & TEL Co? The color is more a classic early W Brookfield glass insulator, and it has this weird dome blot-out too [id=185762337 ] And it is a beefy mold style I've seen on Brookfield insulators.
