This is just a plain unique CD style insulator.CD 117 and embossed only with an & ampersand. Obviously made by Brookfield and filled with a glut of snow particles and fizzy bubbles. Also has some black gunk in the base of it too. Condition is VVNM, it has a pencil eraser sized, from factory air bubble that popped in the very edge of the WG lip above the & with a tad of roughness around that bubble, and maybe a fleebite on the other side. Very, VERY snowy and displays great! I have a lot more pix from all angles of this piece on request. $65 delivered.
